Silence followed by beep, then female synthetic voice says "Good Bye," followed by disconnect
Calling the spoofed number gets Bell Sys recording saying "The number you have dialed is diaconnected. For directory assistance, you can call 411 or your service provider." Female voice on Bell recording. No message trailer. Message goes to silence followed by short reorder / fast busy, then disconnect.
Some kind of scam.
