Posted: 01 May 2014 10:44 PM PDT Last week it leaked that the FCC under Tom Wheeler may be preparing a new version of network neutrality rules that could allow content companies and last mile operators to enter into 'commercially reasonable' agreements for preferential traffic treatment. Wheeler has since clarified that the bar for 'commercially reasonable' would be very high, but nevertheless it would clearly stand the status quo on its head.
